How do you break up your muscle group workout and how many days a week do you workout?
I’m working out 6 times per week and it’s look like this:
Day1:Chest
Day2:back
Day3:legs
Day 4: shoulders
Day 5: biceps&triceps
Day6: legs
Abdominal every day, about 15-20 minutes after each workout
