Hey [MM_Member_Data name=’firstName’], as you probably know I’m back from Australia and I already have to leave for Germany in less than 3 weeks. In the meantime, I have a lot of work to do, but I’m so excited to start a new lean bulking program that I created when I was traveling back to Canada! The more than 24 hours of traveling has been productive, haha. That being said, I’ll start putting up new videos more frequently to show you what I’m doing differently in this program to reach 190 pounds. We’ve had #RoadTo185, and now it will be #RoadToBeastMode! Be ready, it’s coming soon!

Follow Your Vision

Hey guys, Here we are, already a few days into my Australia trip, and a few weeks into the GymShark World Tour. It’s been absolutely crazy to say the least! I’ve already met so many of you from around the world, and I’ve loved every second of it. Every sleep-deprived night, every caffeine-fuelled training session, and every selfie that I’ve had the pleasure of taking with someone whose life I’ve made an impact in. This is the reason I’m here. This is what I love to do. The satisfaction of being able to shake hands with someone who says that I’ve inspired them is like nothing else. Guys, I can’t stress enough how imperative it is that you seize this same feeling. Fulfilling your life’s purpose is something you owe to yourself! Do you know what it is you want to do? Or who it is you want to be? Good. It’s time to put together your plan of action and become it. And if you don’t, that’s fine too. But start looking introspectively and find what your calling is. This is what I’ve committed myself to for the last four years — and to say it’s worth it is…
