A brand new shoulders workout for you! You’ll notice in this video, we kept it simple with no music for a more raw feel so you can really get the impression of how intense it is when we train. It’s not the “wow” factors or flashiness that will produce your results. It’s your own ability to push yourself with an unconquerable spirit.
