A new workout with Antoine and Lex! It’s moments like these that I’m incredibly grateful for. So often we go about our day without taking the time to stop and recognize just how fortunate we are for so many things we’re given. Just being able to get out of bed to see another day, and having the opportunity to go after my dream is incredible to me. Having the gift of my health and being able to work out on a daily basis is another blessing. To top it off, I’m constantly surrounded by like-minded individuals who understand me, support me, and help make me a better person. You can’t ask for more than that! Take today as another of the many gifts you’ve been given. Try and stop for a second and be thankful for what you’ve got, because trust me, there is so much. And while you’re at it, hit the gym for this amazing training session with somebody and enjoy the gift that is working out. Cheers, my friends! :)

Here’s something a little different! I hit a fasted chest and triceps workout with Tony, with the majority of it being a bench press workout. We focused on strength and then had fun with some accessory hypertrophy work. Enjoy the pump and our shenanigans after. :)
